Coastal Hydraulics & Engineering is a leading hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical repair and service company – supporting customers in the Cairns region and beyond. We provide a full range of services and supplies including onsite hydraulic hose manufacturing and fitment, hydraulic componentry repair and replacement, general engineering and equipment servicing. We service and support a range of industries including earthmoving, manufacturing, waste processing and handling, farming, marine and heavy road transport vehicles.
We operate two fully equipped specialist hydraulic and engineering workshops in Cairns and our large fleet of service vehicles and trained staff provide critical onsite support when you need it. Our dedicated team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our engineering team designs, fabricates and manufactures new hydraulic components, including cylinder assemblies, rods, pistons, glands and barrels. Our hydraulics team specialises in hydraulic system and component diagnostics, testing and repair. All hydraulic components are repaired to the highest standard and reassembled in our clean room facilities.
We are Far North Queensland’s dedicated supplier and distributor for CONTINENTAL and EXITFLEX hydraulic hoses and fittings. Our multiple workshops and large fleet of service vehicles are matched by staff’s dedication to customer service.
Licenses and Qualifications
Our specialised team hold HR or equivalent licenses, are trained to work in confined spaces, safely at heights and first aid. Coastal Hydraulics is committed to ensuring all staff possess the required tickets and licenses to carry out all aspects of work required.
