"The sports of powerlifting and strongman have traditionally been known to be male dominated and quite intimidating...even to men, let alone women. What we are doing at Iron Strength though, is breaking those stereotypes and educating people that lifting weights is something that women and men of all ages and backgrounds NEED to be doing, especially as we get older. And that at our gym you will be supported every step of the way by our coaches and community, in a safe, inclusive, supportive and fun environment. Our members range from; amateur & elite athletes, mums and dads, 14yo girls to 50+yo men, and everything else in between".
