What is the role of a support coordinator?
One of the primary role of support coordinator is to help the NDIS participants live everyday life and put their NDIS plan into action.
We work with those with varying disabilities to help them unpack their NDIS package taking the time to explain what is available to them so they may reach their goals, working towards capacity and continued independence.
