Sloping block?

No problem, for years, the top end of town has quite literally set up camp at the top of the hill – eager to feast on the superior sunrises, drink in the cool breezes, and feel smug about rising above the crowd.

As a result, properties sited on land well above sea level tend to sell for much more money than less elevated properties in the same suburb.

Among these properties are many that sit on sloping blocks. And so, while it’s often harder and more expensive to build a home on a sloping block than a flat piece of land, it’s often worth the extra hassle, as elevated properties tend to deliver greater price increases over time.
